Civic Engagement

LCV Education Fund's nonpartisan program to identify, educate, and encourage citizens to participate in elections in order to secure a more healthy environment.  LCV Education Fund works to contact environmental activists to increase their participation in the democratic process. We recruit volunteers for phone banks and canvassing efforts, use direct mail contact, and where appropriate we enroll citizens as absentee ballot or vote-by-mail voters. And lastly, we work with our State LCV Education Fund and National Environmental Group partners to encourage voting by members of state and national environmental groups.
